Clinical Work, Residencies, & Consulting
My Clinical Approach
As an expressive arts therapist and licensed associate professional counselor, I support individuals and communities in navigating trauma, cultivating resilience, and reconnecting with their creativity, curiosity, and self-trust. I specialize in post-traumatic growth, body liberation, and identity-affirming care, using a blend of clinical counseling, expressive arts modalities, and nervous system-informed practices.
